In Shared hosting,
1) we are not giving any guarantee to the delivery of emails. It may or may not deliver and you are using shared IP with many sites.

2) We will not allow webmail SMTP to send bulk emails. We will immediately block those accounts if do so.

3) If you are trying to send emails from your web application using some programming languages, We will not give any kind of support on that, but if we found it send bulk mails or spam mails. We will block and terminate your account without any notice

4) For good delivery we suggest you to use a premium SMTP Mail Service
