How can I open an account with Airzero Cloud ?
You can open an account by purchasing a product from us. While purchasing a product, you will direct to user registration. So there you can fill up the details and activate your account and make purchase.
Purchasing a product is mandatory for Registration ?
Yes. You need to have an active product /service with us to make your account active.
How can I purchase a product?
Go to the Product list-Select Product- Click Purchase Now -Review the Product and Price Summary-Confirm the product-User Registration-Make Payment.
Do I Need to submit any ID Proof for purchasing ?
You need to submit any Valid ID Proof for Purchasing Server and cloud Hosting Services. No need to submit ID Proofs for any other product offered by us.
What all are the available payment options ?
The payments can be made through:

  • Debit Card/Credit Card
  • PayPal
  • Net banking
  • Wallets

When My Order get activated ?
According to the service you choose.
How can I Download payment receipt ?
You can download the receipt after making payment, a Thank You note will come. There you can see an option to download the receipt.
How to Login to my user account ?
Click on My account in home page, Provide the registered Email ID as User ID and password given at the time of registration and Click Login.
How to Reset My Login Password ?
Go to My Account-Click forgot Password-Provide Email ID ,New Password and Confirm Password.
